Administration Council
The backbone of the many ministries at Trinity is the "nuts and bolts" of planning, communications, and finance. This council oversees all the details of life at Trinity.

Communications
Newsletter: Trinity News is the monthly parish newsletter edited by a team of volunteer editors who plan and prepare each issue. Volunteers write, edit, interview, and design. Contact: Jane Ellison, 969-2165. A team gathers each month to prepare the newsletter for mailing.

www.trinitysb.org is our online electronic source of information about Trinity's programs, projects, and history. Volunteers write, edit, photograph, and design the site.

Finance Committee: This group meets monthly to oversee the status of the parish income, expenses and investments and also works with the Parish Administrator and Council Chairs to prepare an operating budget for the coming fiscal year.

Parish Office Assistants: This team greets and welcomes people to Trinity every weekday by answering telephones, helping with mailings and phonings, and generally keeping things humming in the church office. Volunteers work during the weekdays, on a regular rotating basis, or for occasional special projects.

Stewardship: This group works on the annual stewardship campaign to develop full parish participation with time and talent and treasure. Stewardship co-chairs coordinate a team of volunteers to join in the autumn campaign to fund the parish budget. Volunteers serve during the month of October.
