We are holding a work day on Saturday, May 19, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., to get the building ready for construction, which starts on Monday, May 21st! There are jobs for all ages, and lots of hands will make for easy work. Come any time, and stay as long as you like. Boxes, storage bins, and label making materials gratefully accepted! If you or a member of your family would like to receive the Sacrament of Baptism or Confirmation or if you would like to be received into the Episcopal Church, the next opportunity will be on Tuesday, June 12th at a special service presided by Bishop Mary Glasspool, who will also be performing the Baptisms and Confirmations.

Sponsored by Coalition de Derechos Humanos, the 75-mile walk is an expression of support for immigrants who have crossed the border along this “Devil’s Highway.” Walkers camp each evening at various sites along the trail.
